Our two locations are within walking distance of one another, creating the ideal HUB that can cater to our growing CSPA Family. Between our two locations we house 4 Dance Studios, Pilates Studio, Vocal Studio, Large Foyer/Kitchenette, Office, Toilets and Shower Facility.

We take immense pride in offering a state-of-the-art,
purpose-built facility designed to support our students’ growth and creativity.
Our two locations are thoughtfully crafted to provide the ideal environment for
all aspects of Performing Arts training.
Our McDougall Road Studio boasts:
- A spacious and welcoming foyer and administration area, ideal for parents and students to relax and connect before, between and after classes
- A fully equipped Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine available for usage by all CSPA Students and Families
- A Pilates studio, with four Reformers offering conditioning and strength training to complement dance education.
- Two spacious dance studios with sprung flooring and wall to wall mirrors, providing ample room for group classes and rehearsals.
- Office space to ensure seamless studio operations and support.
Our Fredrick Street Studio features:
- A dedicated ballet studio, complete with tarkett flooring for optimal safety and performance, wall-mounted barres, and mirrors.
- A second studio, perfect for junior classes, private lessons and focused practice.
- A vocal studio, designed to enhance the learning experience for vocal work.
Both locations are maintained to the highest standards, including clean and accessible toilet facilities at each site. These professional spaces reflect our commitment to creating a safe, inspiring, and comfortable environment for every student to thrive in.
